The location in Centro Storico is excellent for being able to walk to most places we wanted to see. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was better than anticipated - perfectly fine for fuelling up for the day. The aircon was in good working order which was welcome after a long day tramping around hot streets.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Caravaggio. My late arrival was no problem at all for the friendly staff. The room was excellent with a surprising little balcony looking out over the city. The breakfast was good and the location ideal for exploring the city. All in all, a fine hotel.

were to start .reception. Giuseppe and Wasim nickname ( zebe) are so good real pro's !!! friendly playfull .and the know al the bests deals !!! were too go .how to do it. never to much to help you out .breakfast very small .but everyday you get fresh baked picolos, croissant and marmer cake and super capucino ore cafe americano !!!! shout-out to house keeping everyday fresh towels and cleaning .location near the station and in the center of the old town eat drink shopping and very safe earia to walk late at night if I return to napoli I wil go back to the carravaggio hotel

Nice position, friendly staff, competent and helpful receptionists. Even though room decoration needs updating and air conditioning 'shooting' right to the bed could be improved, on the whole this is a convenietly located hotel to discover Naples right from the city's pounding heart.

The location of the hotel and the hotel was very clean. Vacentino & Giuseppe at reception could not have been more helpful when we asked for any information we needed.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped with restaurant recommendations and taxi service. Anna made the best coffee and took pride in providing a lovely experience for our group. Definitely recommend.
